Spring and autumn are best
For the most comfortable cruising, spring (March to April) and autumn (September to November) are generally the best seasons, with mild temperatures and, in autumn especially, the clearest skies over the bay. These shoulder seasons avoid the summer storm risk and the winter mist, making them the sweet spot for pleasant weather and the best chance of those crisp karst views.
